We are looking for a Scheduler PC to joing our team. This position will directly report to the Regional Ops Manager PC and is responsible for ensuring that home visits are scheduled and completed as required.

• Schedules visits, reconciles schedule with field supervisors, processes DVRs and updates the 24 Report.
• Completes weekly reports.
• Posts O-1A daily admission/discharges and reconciles on a monthly basis.

Compensation may vary within the salary range provided based on several factors including but not limited to a candidate’s location, experience, education, skills, licensure, certifications and department equity.  Gentiva provides associates with a comprehensive benefits and total rewards package, of which base pay is just one piece.

Salary Range - $17/HR 

• High school graduate, some college preferred.
• Good communication skills essential. Supervisory and/or Primary Home Care/CBA experience preferred. Bilingual skills preferred (Spanish).
