Office Manager I

We are looking for an Office Manger I to join our team. This position will directly report to the Assistant Director PC, Branch Director PC or Branch Manager PC and be responsible for maintaining complete and systematic records of the financial transactions and a variety of other business office duties in compliance with federal, state, local and company regulations.

• Assist with training new staff (clerical).
• Process accounts payable & submit to Corporate.
• Establish and maintain working relationship with referral sources.

Compensation may vary within the salary range provided based on several factors including but not limited to a candidate’s location, experience, education, skills, licensure, certifications and department equity.  Gentiva provides associates with a comprehensive benefits and total rewards package, of which base pay is just one piece.

Salary Range - $22/hr to $28/hr

• High School diploma or equivalent good communication skills.
• Office experience preferred.
• Must be able to perform duties in a timely manner.
