Oncology and End Stage Renal Disease Hospice Specialist

We are looking for a Oncology and End Stage Renal Disease Hospice Specialist to join our team. This position will directly report to the Area Director of Business Development or AVP of Business Development and will be the face of the company in the Oncology and End Stage Renal Disease (ESRD) referral sources in your local market. You’ll be part of the Business Development team that promotes and educates on our hospice services in these specific subcategories of the marketplace developing key business relationships. 

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or communications preferred, or a combination of education and experience
• A minimum of two years’ experience in referral development, marketing or sales with a health care facility or medical related company, preferably in the Oncology / ESRD segment.
• Current relationships with Oncology / ESRD facilities and / or medical professionals in the community.
• Possesses consultative selling skills
• Ability to apply knowledge of the special needs of the Oncology / ESRD hospice patient and families
