Overview

We’re looking for a Revenue Cycle Team Lead to join our team.

 

You will report to and receive direction from the Revenue Cycle Manager. You will be responsible for leading and directing a team of 10 to 12 Billing Specialists, to include training, mentoring, and supervising.

 

  • Assign and oversee day-to-day work activities and job performance of Billing Specialists

  • Assesses and recommends Quality Improvement initiatives related to billing processes.
  • Reviews accounts with an uncollectable status for recommendations regarding resolutions and next steps.
  • Assigns Medicare, Medicaid, and/or Commercial claims and payments for processes and determines when to self-assign those claims and payments for processing due to work flow and other considerations.

About You

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 2 years Home Health or Hospice billing experience
  • Supervisory experience a plus.

  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills
  • Homecare HomeBase experience
