We are seeking a dynamic Revenue Cycle Corporate Trainer to lead the design, development, and execution of comprehensive training programs across our multi-state revenue cycle operations. This role will play a critical part in onboarding, process rollout, systems training, and competency development to support the efficiency, compliance, and continuous improvement of our teams.

Develop and deliver engaging training content through webinars, conferences, eLearning modules, and live sessions.
Facilitate new hire orientation and ongoing training aligned with company procedures, compliance requirements, and operational goals.
Conduct quality assessments to identify training needs and gaps in team skills or performance.
Collaborate with department leaders to gather data and feedback, and translate those into targeted training interventions.
Coordinate training logistics, materials, and communications across multiple locations and time zones.
Support curriculum development in partnership with internal departments, including HR, operations, and IT.
Assist in evaluating multi-state software development needs and tailoring training to state-specific regulations or program rules.
Participate in departmental meetings and special projects related to performance improvement, system implementations, or process changes.
