This role supports marketing for all business lines (hospice, home health, and palliative) and corporate departments (recruiting, human resources, sales, etc.)

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, email, web, and print channels
  • Manage campaign timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure on-time, on-brand execution
  • Partner closely with sales, operations, and leadership to align marketing efforts with growth goals
  • Oversee content development, including messaging, creative briefs, and asset production
  • Manage agency and vendor relationships, including creative, promotional, and print partners
  • Support local market marketing efforts with scalable, brand-compliant tools and resources
  • Manages day-to-day communications and assignments with external and internal stakeholders, including agencies and operational departments
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance; use insights to optimize results
  • Ensure all marketing materials adhere to brand standards and regulatory/compliance requirements
  • Stay current on industry trends, competitive activity, and emerging marketing best practices

  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and external vendors
  • Data-driven mindset with comfort analyzing performance metrics and KPIs

  • Healthcare, multi-location, or B2B/B2C hybrid experience is a plus

Strong skills in the following areas:

  • Lytho Workflow or similar creative project management experience
