AVP Revenue Cycle Process Excellence

We are seeking a highly experienced AVP Revenue Cycle Process Excellence to join our team. This position will be a strategic leader responsible for driving innovation, efficiency, and scalability across all revenue cycle functions. This role is critical to delivering value through data-driven process optimization, automation, and strategic roadmap development. The AVP will lead cross-functional initiatives that improve operational performance and outcomes.

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or business administration required (master’s degree preferred)
• HFMA CRCR certification or obtain within the 1^st year of employment
• 10+ years of progressive experience in healthcare revenue cycle operations with at least 5 years in a leadership role focusing on process improvement and strategy
• Strong understanding of RCM operations, payers, billing, collections, financial reporting, contracting and compliance
• Demonstrated success in leading RCM transformations or optimizations programs at scale for multi-billion-dollar healthcare systems
• Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Experience with large-scale systems (e.g., HCHB, Epic, Meditech) and data analytics platforms
