Overview

The Manager CRM Operations will lead the day-to-day management, optimization, and innovation of the organization’s CRM systems and tools.

 

This role ensures seamless integration of CRM with other business applications, provides actionable reporting and analytics, and supports training and adoption across sales teams.

 

This role will partner closely with Sales Support and Business Development leadership to enable field productivity, streamline workflows, and align CRM functionality with enterprise sales strategies.

 

  • Manage the daily operations, configuration, and administration of CRM platforms.
  • Serve as the secondary liaison between AVP Sales Support/CRM Operations, Sales Support, IT, and field sales for CRM requirements, upgrades, and issue resolution.
  • Demonstrates the ability to develop and maintain tailored Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, JavaScript, SQL, SOAP and REST Web Services to effectively implement Gentiva’s business development needs
  • Assist with CRM integration with market intelligence systems, analytics platforms, and other business tools.
  • Assist with the development and maintenance of reporting and dashboards to support sales leadership in business planning and performance tracking.
  • Provide training and support for sales associates and leaders to maximize CRM adoption and efficiency.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance CRM usability, streamline processes, and increase data accuracy.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare and data privacy regulations in CRM use.
  • Support national initiatives (e.g., customer appreciation events, orientation programs) by providing CRM-enabled reporting and insights.
  • Engage with CRM support staff and vendors to ensure system stability, timely updates, and user satisfaction.
  • Integrate Salesforce with external systems by leveraging APIs and other integration tools

About You

Education/Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree required (Information Systems, Business, or related field preferred).
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in CRM administration, sales operations, or related leadership role.
Knowledge/Skills
  • Experience developing in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, JavaScript, SQL, SOAP and REST Web Services.
  • Proficient in Salesforce Sales Cloud
  • Expertise in reporting, analytics, and data-driven insights for sales leadership.
  • Excellent problem-solving and process improvement skills.
  • Strong interpersonal, facilitation, and training abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities under deadlines.
  • Approximate travel: 10–15%.
Training/Equipment
  • Advanced knowledge of CRM platforms, data integration tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.

We Offer

 

ANNUAL SALARY RANGE:  $100,000 TO $115,000 with Annual Bonus Potential  

 

THIS IS A REMOTE ROLE WITH 10 - 15% EXPECTED TRAVEL TO ATLANTA
