We’re looking for a dependable, kind, and attentive Home Health Aide to support patients’ daily living needs while promoting comfort, dignity, and quality of life.

What You’ll Do as a Home Health Aide:

• Provide personal care services such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility assistance under the direction of a Registered Nurse.
• Support patients with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and ambulation to promote independence and safety at home.
• Take and record vital signs (temperature, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure) as directed.
• Accurately observe, report, and document changes in the patient’s condition or behavior.
• Build strong, trusting relationships with patients and their families through daily support and compassion.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure the delivery of consistent and quality care.
• Travel to patient homes as part of your regular daily duties.

Qualifications – What You’ll Bring:

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Must be qualified as a Home Health Aide or Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) in accordance with federal and state regulations.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Home Health Aide, OR
• Currently enrolled nursing student with at least 6 months of clinical experience, OR
• Graduate of an approved HHA training program or CNA program.
• Ability to accurately take and record vital signs.
• Demonstrated ability to observe and report changes in patient status.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• A genuine heart for service and compassion toward patients and families.
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and ability to travel 100% daily to patient homes.

Preferred Experience (Not Required):

• In-home caregiving or home health experience
• Geriatric, hospice, or chronic condition care
• Familiarity with infection control and basic medical terminology
• Experience as part of an interdisciplinary healthcare team
