Overview

We are looking for a AVP Enhanced Palliative Care Partnerships to join our team. This position will directly report to the VP of Palliative Care and is responsible for assisting in the development, implementation, and evaluation of operational policies and procedure, partner workflows, and bi-directional communication surrounding service delivery and contract execution related to Enhanced Palliative Partnerships. Responsible for facilitating communication and coordination between operational leaders in palliative and hospice and the partners, acting as a bridge to ensure smooth and effective care and communication. Effectively manages teams to ensure quality outcomes are achieved, and expected business related service expectations are delivered on.

About You

  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or business-related field
  • 5 years previous managerial experience, of which 3 years in healthcare service industry is preferred.
  • Ability to travel
  • Sales/marketing experience in healthcare is preferred.
  • Familiarity with state and federal guideline and regulations
  • Working knowledge of budget development, financial profit/loss process, and human resources.
  • Palliative, home health, or hospice experience if preferred.
