Overview

We are looking for an Assistant Vice President of Performance Management AIM to join our team. This position will directly report to the VP Palliative Central Operations. Gentiva is partnering with payers, providers and risk bearing entities to create a value based palliative care offering targeting patients approaching end of life. The AVP of Performance Management AIM will be a key member of the leadership team who partners across the organization to identify opportunities to improve palliative care service delivery and patient outcomes.

  • Develop a common performance language to get enterprise aligned around “source of truth” metrics and reports
  • Design dashboards and other reporting to highlight performance and aid leaders in managing their areas of responsibility
  • Partner with operations and clinical staff to develop solutions to optimize performance
  • Participate in strategic planning activities

About You

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; Master’s degree preferred
  • 5+ years’ experience working for Medicare Advantage Plan, Provider or Value Based Care entity
  • Demonstrated performance in driving operational performance
  • Strong understanding of value-based care, Medicare and Medicare Advantage
