Overview

We are looking for a Clinical Process Improvement and Implementation Manager to join our team. This position will directly report to the VP of Clinical Operations and is responsible for managing and leading enterprise-wide multi-interdisciplinary improvement and standardization projects and programs aimed at developing innovative, evidence based, patient and employee centric care processes and practices to transform culture and improve the safety and quality of patient care.

  • Collaborates with leadership at regional and divisional levels in the development, implementation, and evaluation of evidence-based, patient-centered quality improvement activities.
  • Analyzes data while fulfilling documentation and reporting requirements for projects and process improvements.
  • Collaborate with regional leadership in the support of system and process implementations and other improvements related to improved documentation and reduction of survey risks.

About You

  • Bachelor's Degree in healthcare administration, business administration, nursing or other clinical discipline; master’s degree preferred
  • 3-5 years operations management and process improvement
  • Clinical license in state(s) of practice

  • Possesses knowledge of the CQI process and the ability to apply to varied activities

  • Strong data analytics, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to prioritize quality improvement strategies and choose how best to narrow “quality gaps” for clinical programs and outcomes
