Human Resources Operations Specialist

We are looking for a Human Resources Operations Specialist to join our team. This position will directly report to the Senior Director HR Operations and is responsible for supporting and partnering with branches on HR Operations-related processes, including performing audits and ensuring personnel file compliance.

• Maintain accurate associate personnel files and records
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and industry laws and regulations
• Serve as a resource for relevant HR policies and procedures and HR systems
• Generates and reviews available reports, partnering with branch stakeholders to accuracy and up-to-date associate licensure, certification, and/or education records

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in an HR role with a focus on compliance, auditing, or HR operations.
• At least six months’ experience working in home-based care environment.
• Familiarity with audit processes and internal controls related to HR operations.
• Frequent travel to branches, at least 50%
