We are looking for a Client Services Manager to join our team. This position will directly report to the Assistant Director PC, Branch Director PC or Branch Manager PC and will be responsible for receiving and documenting investigation and resolution of unusual occurrences with the assistance of appropriate staff.  Functions as part of branch management team.  Oversees regulatory reporting and compliant management processes within assigned branch(s).

Compensation may vary within the salary range provided based on several factors including but not limited to a candidate’s location, experience, education, skills, licensure, certifications and department equity.  Gentiva provides associates with a comprehensive benefits and total rewards package, of which base pay is just one piece.

Salary Range - $52,000/yr

• Some College
• Risk Management background preferred
• Nursing, Social Work, or other licensre in state where work if preformed
• Basic skills to include assessment and documentation. Good communication and organizational skills required. CBA and PHC knowledge preferred.
• Computer knowledge preferred. Bilingual skills preferred (Spanish).
