We are looking for a HR Coordinator to join our team. This position will directly report to the Assistant Director PC, Branch Director PC or Branch Manager PC and is responsible for working with Director, Recruitment and Staffing to execute project work plans to maximize efficiencies, provide reports for data-driven decision making, and provide guidance to Recruitment Team as needed for core functionality of Applicant Tracking System (ATS), recruitment and hiring process, and training and support to Recruiters, Human Resources and Field Managers as needed. Provides support and direction to Recruiters ensuring that defined processes are followed in order to maintain integrity of ATS data. Works under general direction.
Compensation may vary within the salary range provided based on several factors including but not limited to a candidate’s location, experience, education, skills, licensure, certifications and department equity. Gentiva provides associates with a comprehensive benefits and total rewards package, of which base pay is just one piece.
Salary Range - $17/hr to $20/hr
